Shipping costs and delivery time depend on your country and the type of product — a 120x60 set ships differently from a set of bags. Our shipping overview lists the current rates and transit times per country.
Frequently asked questions
Can my design, logo or photo be printed?
Yes, almost always. We print your design with our own UV printer directly on the wood of the top; the sides stay bare wood. Provide a PDF (preferably vector) or a Canva link. We always check for free whether your file is technically printable and let you know if the quality is too low. If you also want our designers to look at the content of your design, tick the design check (€10). The hole has a fixed shape and position.
Does a custom design cost extra?
No. The price you see for the option includes printing your own design. Anything else you can choose is optional: the design check by our designers (€10), an extra coat of lacquer (€15), a white paint layer (€20) and express delivery (€25). You add bags separately.
How long before my set is ready?
A custom set is made specially for you, so there is production time between your order and the shipment: allow 3 to 5 working days. On top of that comes transit time to your country — 1 working day to the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 to Germany. The current transit time per country is on our shipping page.
How do I submit my design?
Upload it in the configurator. You can also order first and email it later to support@wickedwoodgames.com, with your order number; we only start making it once your design is final. Use our Canva or Illustrator template for 120×60 or 90×60 cm. Preferably supply a PDF or AI file of at least 300 dpi, at actual size: 1200×600 or 900×600 mm.
Are the bags included?
No, and that's deliberate: you choose them yourself in the configurator. That way you decide on the colours and the quality that suit your set — from standard REC bags to genuine ACL Pro bags from America. All bags are filled with 450 grams of resin pellets, meet the ACL standards and are weatherproof.
Can I order for business or in larger quantities?
Yes. Email support@wickedwoodgames.com how many sets you want, which option (1 or 2 boards, thickness, bags, your logo), your billing and shipping address and, if applicable, your VAT number. You will then receive a tailored quote; for larger quantities we set a custom price.
Can I also order bags with my own design?
Yes. We print our Custom Cornhole Bags (set of 4, ACL REC) with your design: with the same speed on both sides, or with a fast and a slow side. They are handmade and ready about 5 working days after your final design.
Can I return a set with my own design?
No. A set with your own design is made specially for you and is therefore excluded from the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83, Article 16c). Is something wrong with your order, or was a mistake made in production? Get in touch with our customer service — we'll sort it out together.
